Bio

As Director of Sports Medicine Services and Head Athletic Trainer, Shuford has 30 years of training experience in athletics and the corporate world.

Shuford has several professional certifications and began his long training career working with MLB’s Kansas City Royals in 1984 and was with them as they won the World Series in 1985. He joined the NFL's Carolina Panthers the year before the team actually hit the field officially in 1994. His experience also includes working with the NFL’s Seattle Seahawks and Indianapolis Colts, NASCAR’s Joe Gibbs and Chip Ganassi teams, MLB’s Texas Rangers, the University of Miami, Lewisville, S.C. High School, Indian Land, S.C. High School, and NovaCare Rehabilitation in Charlotte.

The owner of All-In-One Health & Safety Consultants in Mint Hill since 2000, Shuford has a Bachelor of Science in Health & Physical Education (with a minor in Biology) from Campbell University in Buies Creek and a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Health & Physical Education-Secondary Administration from The Citadel in Charleston, S.C.
